Guide to SoloSign+ Knowledge Base Authentication

  1. Sales Rep Sends Docs to Homeowner - Once the Sales Rep sends the documents to the homeowner, the homeowner will receive a DocuSign email notification to review their document.

  2.  Once the Homeowner opens the DocuSign email to review the document, the homeowner will be directed to this page. Here the HA will answer basic identity questions.

  3. Answer KBA Questions - After answering the Identity Questions, the Homeowner will be prompted to then answer 6 KBA security questions that are generated in real-time to securely confirm their identity. 

  4. If KBA questions are successfully answered, the user will be directed to the envelope where they can proceed with reviewing and signing the envelope.

  5. If KBA questions are incorrectly answered, the user will be directed to a page that notifies the user that questions were not answered correctly.

    Sales reps can resend documents to the homeowner and allow the homeowner to try again.
