How do I delete a project?
You must have Administrative or Sales Management permissions to delete a project. Projects can only be deleted from the Sales screen, or from the project Search results. There is an "X" icon in the actions.
SolarNexus recommends that you only delete projects that are duplicates, or tests. Unsuccessful sales efforts are useful for tracking your results so we do not recommend deleting them.
Note: If the customer of the project being deleted lacks another project, then the system will also delete the associated customer contacts. The customer contacts will be kept if there is another project associated with that customer.
