This functionality is available to the following user roles:  - SAAS Owner - SAAS Admin - Sales Manager - Only for their assigned reps Sales rep can re-assign their customers to other reps, but will lose access once they save.  1. Open the customer information page for the customer you'd like to re-assign (for help searching a customer, use this guide [here](https://help.gosolo.io/how-to-find-a-customers-information?hsLang=en)).  2. Scroll drown to find the section field **Sales Rep** and tap into the carat. A drop-down of all sales reps will appear. Scroll to the very bottom and tap **Save**.
