How do I Re-assign a Sales Representative to a Customer?
Owner feature only!
This functionality is available to the following user roles:

Sales Manager - Only for their assigned reps
- In the upper left corner, tap on the hamburger menu.
- Tap "Customers".
- In the expanded menu, select "Search".
- Find the customer to that you need to re-assign a different Sales Representative. You can search by typing in the customer's name, customer ID, or by scrolling.
- Tap the customer's name to go to the customer's settings page.
- Scroll drown to find the section field "Sales Rep" and tap into the carat. A drop-down of all sales reps will appear. Select the correct sales rep.
- Scroll to the very bottom and tap "Save".
NOTE: You can only reassign proposals to a sales rep that is assigned to the same company as the initial sales rep.
