How do I Re-assign a Sales Representative to a Customer?

Owner feature only!

This functionality is available to the following user roles: 

  • SAAS Owner

  • SAAS Admin

  • Sales Manager - Only for their assigned reps

  1. In the upper left corner, tap on the hamburger menu.

  2. Tap "Customers".

  3. In the expanded menu, select "Search".

  4. Find the customer to that you need to re-assign a different Sales Representative. You can search by typing in the customer's name, customer ID, or by scrolling.
  5. Tap the customer's name to go to the customer's settings page. 

  6. Scroll drown to find the section field "Sales Rep" and tap into the carat. A drop-down of all sales reps will appear. Select the correct sales rep. 

  7. Scroll to the very bottom and tap "Save".

NOTE: You can only reassign proposals to a sales rep that is assigned to the same company as the initial sales rep.
