How much effort does RDCL make if the customer doesn’t answer the door or cancels on site?
If there is no answer, RDCL agents are required to stay on-site and collect as much exterior information as they can while the central command team tries to text, call, and chat the homeowner. RDCL will also reach out to the sales rep if they provide their phone number at site survey booking. RDCL will not make any effort with cancels beyond marking the cancellation in the app which automatically informs the admins and the sales rep of the situation so they can work to save the deal.
