How to Access Your Proposal Queue
When a proposal is requested, it enters one of our proposal queues (which one it enters depends on the type of request, Real Time vs. Standard). You can view your proposal requests while they're in the queue by following these steps:- Tap into the hamburger menu in the top left corner to open the Solo sidebar. Open the Solar Proposals dropdown, then click Queue.
- On the Queue page, you will be able to see the QA Real-Time Queue, QA Standard Queue, Real-Time Queue, and Standard Queue.
Please Note: Users with the SAAS Admin or SAAS Owner roles will be able to see any customer under their company. Other user roles will only have visibility on customers assigned to them.
