In the left-side navigation bar, tab into '**Company**' and select '**MissionControl**'. 1. In the dropdown, search and/or select the battery option(s) you want to add. Then, press '**Add Batteries**'.  1. When battery options are added, the following settings will be required:  1. [Live Date](https://help.gosolo.io/editing-a-battery#live-expiration-dates) 2. [Max Battery Count](https://help.gosolo.io/editing-a-battery#max-battery-count) 3. Once all options are added and the required settings are configured, click '**Save Battery Changes**' in the bottom right. ![Batteries\_SaveBatteryChanges](https://help.gosolo.io/hs-fs/hubfs/Help%20Center%20Images/Batteries_SaveBatteryChanges.png?width=670&height=461&name=Batteries_SaveBatteryChanges.png) If you're unable to see the option you're trying to add, first check the following:  - Double check your filters and ensure the battery you're looking for fits the criteria. - If the option had been added to your list, but has since been expired, it won't appear in the dropdown. Instead, toggle '**Show Expired**' and re-activate the option from the list of currently inactive batteries.  ![Batteries\_ShowExpired](https://help.gosolo.io/hs-fs/hubfs/Help%20Center%20Images/Batteries_ShowExpired.png?width=596&height=108&name=Batteries_ShowExpired.png) **If you still do not see the option you're looking for, please [contact our customer support team](https://help.gosolo.io/how-to-contact-solo-support?hsLang=en). **     --- ### Expiring a Battery Expiring a battery will remove that battery from all *future* solar proposals.  1. To expire a battery, click the toggle to the right.  1. This will immediately remove the option from the main view. Expiring an option will also set an '**Expiration Date**', meaning any solar proposals created after this date will not show the expired option.  1. If you'd like to backdate the change, or prevent the option from showing on earlier solar proposals, you can do that in the battery editor. ![Batteries\_UpdateExpDate\_GIF](https://help.gosolo.io/hs-fs/hubfs/Help%20Center%20Images/Batteries_UpdateExpDate_GIF.gif?width=670&height=448&name=Batteries_UpdateExpDate_GIF.gif) 3. You can always re-activate an option that you've expired by toggling 'Show Expired', then clicking the toggle on the right again.  1.
