How To Clear My Cache and Cookies

Make sure that you are using Google Chrome for our platform. This is the only web browser we are compatible with. Click here to download Google Chrome.

  1. To clear the site's cache and cookies, tap the lock button in the top left of the search bar. 

  2. In the drop-down, select "Site Settings".

  3. On the top of the new page, it will have a header that says "Usage" and on the far right there will be a "clear data" button. Press this button to clear your Solo Platform site from cache and cookies. 

If you are still running into issues, try clearing your cache and cookies for the Google Chrome application.

  1. At the top right corner of your Google Chrome application, tap into the three dots to reveal a drop-down menu and select the option "Settings".

  2. On the right side of the settings page, tap on the page "Privacy and Security".

  3. Under the header "Privacy and security", tap Clear browsing data.

  4. You can customize the time range of the cache and cookies that have been saved, or you can select the option "All Time" to delete all cache and cookies. 
  5. Press "Clear Data".
