How to Create a Shade Report

 

Please Note: Access to shade reports is controlled by owners in the MissionControl portal. If you're not seeing the option to create a shade report, please reach out to an admin or owner. 

 

  1. Open the customer information page for the customer you'd like to generate a shade report for.
    1. For help searching a customer, use this guide here.  
  2. Using the sidebar, open the 'Projects' page.

  3. For the project you'd like to generate a shade report from, open the dropdown. Then open the 'Manage' dropdown. 

  4. Click 'Create Shade Report'.

  5. A new window will open while the shade report is being created. Once complete, a 'Download PDF' button will appear. Click this to save the shade report PDF to your device.

For proposals created between June 1st, 2024 and October 1st, 2024 you will need to open the proposal and re-run the production in order to generate a shade report.
