How to Enter Down Payments

NOTE: This feature must be turned on for your company before it begins appearing on your proposals. If you do not see this feature, please have an admin or owner reach out to customer support.

The Down Payment will reduce the loan amount by the amount entered, and is meant to represent a portion of the system cost the customer is paying in cash, upfront. It is assumed that the customer will be paying that amount directly to the installer instead of the financier, so dealer fees will not apply to this amount. 

  1. In the proposal, tap the update button next to the "Down payment" section. 

  2. Enter the amount the customer is going to use for a downpayment.

  3. Press update.
