How to Manage or Deactivate a User
Admin/Owner feature only!
- Click on the left-side hamburger menu and open the carat menu labeled "Company".
- In the Company drop-down menu, select "Search User".
- There are multiple ways you can search for a user to manage or deactivate.
- You can search by user name, email, or ID.
- You can select "Advanced" and select the Role, Status, or Company to find the user.
- You can simply tap the "Search" button to show all users in your account.
- Select the user you are wanting to manage or deactivate by tapping their name.
- From this page, you are able to manage all information for the user.
- To deactivate a user, scroll toward the bottom of the user page and tap "Deactivate User".
