Exporting Data from Solo

Data can be exported from Solo using the Reports Tab. You can find information such as all documents requested, proposals that have been submitted, trends for a given date (which includes the number of proposals submitted and the number of contracts signed), and the performance for any sub account as an overall volume report.
Creating a Report
- Using the sidebar menu, open the 'Company' dropdown, then click 'Reports':
- At the top of the page, select the request type and report that you would like to pull. For more information on each report type, click HERE.
- Some report types will require company information to be selected.
- If it is optional and left blank, it will pull for all companies listed in your company list.

- Additionally, you have the option to select the timeframe of what you want the report to show. Select 'Custom' to pull from between two specific dates.
- After selecting these options, press the run report button.
- To download a CSV of the report, click 'Download'.
Report Types
Here is a breakdown of the types of reports and the information that will be included in each. Click the categories below to jump to that category's report types:

Companies
> Company Customer Volume
This report type will require you to select the company. You can select multiple companies from the dropdown. To search a company, start by typing in the company name and click ‘enter’. This report may take a few minutes to run depending on the amount of data.
The columns that the report will include are (these are the columns that are still applicable and in-use in Solo):
- company_name: Company Name
- customer_id: The ID of the customer in Solo
- customer: Customer Name
- customer_state: The state as listed in the customers profile
- Sales Rep: The assigned sales rep on the customer profile
- realTimeProps: Number of Real Time proposals requested on a given customer
- standardProps: Number of Standard proposals requested on a given customer
- redesignProps: Number of redesigns requested on a given customer
- docRequests: Number of document packets requested on a given customer
- docsKba: This service is no longer available, so this column will most likely be 0 if you were not enrolled in DocuSign Plus previously.
- proposalDocRequestId: The ID of the most recent document packet for the customer
- cadRequests: the number of CAD requests for the customer
- Batteries: Will only show if the customer has signed documents and batteries were selected on the proposal
- batteryQty: Will only show if the customer has signed documents and batteries were selected on the proposal
- standardRoofProps: The number of standard roofing proposal requests on a given
customer - realTimeRoofProps: The number of Real Time roofing proposal requests on a given customer
> Company Inverters
You will need to define the Sub - company (optional) and the Date range (optional). The columns that the report will include are:
- Company Name: The name of the Company
- Inverter: The manufacturer and model type of the inverter
- Price: The price you set for the inverter from the MissionControl portal
- Start Date: The Live date you set from the MissionControl portal
- Expiration Date: The date the inverter expired, if any. As set from the MissionControl portal
- Inherited: The company in which the account is inheriting inverters from, if any.
> Company Adders
You will need to define the Company (optional) and the Date range (optional). The columns that the report will include are:
- id: The ID of the adder, which appears nowhere else except in this report
- Adders Name: The name of each adder as defined in the MissionControl Portal
- Company Name: The name of the company that the adder is located in
- Price: The price that was set for the adder within the MissionControl portal
- Pricing Type: How the pricing is set, this can be Per Watt, a Fixed Amount, or Per Unit. These values are set within the MissionControl portal
- Input Type: How the end user will select the adder. This can be a Checkbox, Input, Select Dropdown, or Automatic
- Start Date: The Live date you set from the MissionControl Portal
- Expiry Date: The date the inverter expired, if any. As set from the MissionControl Portal
- Location: The location the adder will appear in on the proposal. This can be in the sidebar > adders, on the proposal, or none (only for automatic adders).
- Inherited: The company in which the account is inheriting adders from, if any.
> Company Finance
You will need to define the Sub - company (optional) and the Date range (optional). This report type can take some time to load! The columns that the report will include are:
- Company Name: The name of the company
- Finance Option: The lender, term, and APR of the finance option
- Dealer Fee: The applicable dealer fee, if any. As set from the MissionControl Portal
- Lender Premium: The percentage to be applied on top of the dealer fee, if any. As set from the MissionControl Portal
- Total Fees: The sum of the Dealer Fees and Lender Premium values.
- Start Date: The Live date you set from the MissionControl Portal
- Expiration Date: The date the finance option expired, if any. As set from the MissionControl Portal
- Inherited: The company in which the account is inheriting adders from, if any.
> Subcompanies Performance
This report type will require you to select the company. You can select multiple companies from the dropdown. To search a company, start by typing in the company name and click ‘enter’. The columns that the report will include are:
- Name: The name of the company
- Real-Time Proposals: The number of proposals requested by that company that were set as real-time requests
- Next-Day Proposals: The number of proposals requested by the company that were set as Standard
- Revision Requests: The number of revisions requested by that company
- Doc Requests: The number of documents that were requested by that company
- Contract Signed: The number of documents that were signed by the Homeowner for that company
Docs
> Doc Requests
You will need to define the Company (optional) and the Date range (optional). The columns that the report will include are:
- proposal_id: The Id of the proposal the document request was pulled for
- Id: the ID of the docs request, which can be used to locate a specific document in the docs search tab
- lead_number: A string of text as defined in the customer profile, if any
- Customer: The name of the customer
- State: The state as listed in the customers profile
- Status_name: The current customer status
- Docs_sent: The date the documents were sent out
- Doc_request_complete: The date that all parties signed the documents packet.
- loan_amount: The finance amount within the document, reflected from the proposal
- sales_rep: The name of the Sales Rep assigned to the customer
- System Size: The size of the system sold
- PPW: The price per watt that was agreed upon and signed for in the document request
Extra Solar Proposals
> Proposals
This report will show you how many proposals have been requested for the selected company. You will need to define the Company (optional) and the Date range (optional). The columns that the report will include are:
- Company: The name of the company the proposal is under
- Customer Name: The name of the customer
- Lead Number: A string of text as defined in the customer profile, if any
- Customer Id: The ID of the customer in Solo
- Date Requested: The date and timestamp the proposal was requested
- Customer Email: The email address for the customer
- Customer Phone: The phone number for the customer
- Customer Address: The street address as listed on the customer profile
- City: The city as listed on the customer profile
- State: The state as listed in the customers profile
- Zip: The Zip code as listed in the customer profile
- Utility Company: The utility company as listed in the customer profile
- Sales Rep: The name of the Sales Rep assigned to the customer
- Proposal Created Date: The date the proposal was created
- Proposal Id: The ID of the proposal
- System Size: The size of the system listed in the proposal, in kW
- PPW: The price per watt listed in the proposal
- request_priority: Either realtime or non_realtime (standard)
- Update_reason: If a revision was requested, this will show the reason code for the
revision as selected by the Sales Rep. - HasSunlight: States Yes if the proposal as Sunpixel data and the irradiance map is available on the proposal design
- Delivery Time: The time it took to deliver the proposal from the time of request to the time it was sent by the designer
- Proposal Link: A URL link to the proposal
> Trends
You will need to define the Company (optional) and the Date range (optional). The columns that the report will include are:
- Date: The day the proposals were submitted
- proposalCount: The number of proposals submitted on that day
- contractSignedCount: The number of documents that were signed that day
