How To Request a Proposal for a New Customer

  1. At the top of your Solo page, tap "New Customer".

  2. Select/Tap "Solar" for the Customer Type. 

  3. Enter the customer's information. This includes their first and last name, phone number, email address, and address. 

  4. Confirm the location, or, if you want to upload a custom build image, press the upload "Upload a Custom Build Image" button.

  5. Once the location is confirmed or the custom build image is uploaded, press "Next".

  6. Enter the customer's utility information. You can either enter the monthly usage, yearly usage, or the average monthly bill. Another alternative, you can upload a utility bill. 

  7. Lastly, enter the preferred panel option, Utility Company, Lead Type, and the county the customer reside in. If needed, you can also add notes for the Solo Proposal Team.  

  8. Press submit.
