How To Request a Proposal From an Existing Lead

  1. While on the customer's information page, press the "Request Proposal" button.

  2. Enter the customer's utility information. You can either enter the monthly usage, yearly usage, or the average monthly bill. Another alternative, you can upload a utility bill. 

  3. Lastly, enter the preferred panel option, Utility Company, Lead Type, and the county the customer reside in. If needed, you can also add notes for the SOLO Proposal Team.  

  4. Press submit.
