How to Send Closing Documents from the Customer Page

  1. Navigate to the Docs section of the Customer Information page. 

  2. Tap “Request Solar Docs”

  3. A modal will appear allowing you to fill out the request. Select the Install Partner for the request (tap the carat and select the Install Partner from the drop-down menu).

  4. Select the primary signer, filling out the following required information: 

      1. The individual whose name is on the utility bill's status (Home owner, co-applicant, or utility account holder).

  5. The individual's name and email.
  6. The Utility Account Number and Meter Number are optional fields.

  7. Select the proposal for which you’d like to request documents. This field will display proposals by ID:

  8. If there is a co-applicant, check off the "Co-applicant" option. 

    1. For the co-applicant, you will need the first name, last name, and email address.

  9. If you are with the homeowner and want to sign in-person, from a single device, click “Sign In Person”. 

    1. When this is selected, the documents will not be sent to those in the signing order. Instead, documents will be available to sign from the Solo Customer Information Page

  10. Once all information is entered, select "Request Docs".
