How to Turn on Urgent Chat

If you are looking to request changes to your proposal, we recommend requesting a revision to guarantee your request enters the correct queue. Learn more about this process HERE

There are two ways you can utilize the customer chat feature. 

On the Customer Information Page

  1. On the right side, there will be a chat with the Solo team and you. To send a message to our proposal design team, use the “Put in Real-time Queue” feature:

This will place your customer back into our real-time proposal queue, unless your customer status is “Contract Sent” or “Contract Signed”. 

Through the Proposal

  1. While in a proposal, tap on the chat bubble icon in the top left corner.

  2.  When the chat is open, make sure "Urgent Chat" is checked on.
