How to Turn on Urgent Chat

There are two ways you can utilize the customer chat feature. 

The first way to access the chat feature is through the customer's information page. 

  1. On the right side, there will be a chat with the Solo team and you. To send a message to our proposals team, use the “Chat with Proposalist” feature:

This will place your customer back into our real-time proposal queue, unless your customer status is “Contract Sent” or “Contract Signed”. 

The second way you can use the chat feature is through a Proposal: 

  1. While in a proposal, tap on the chat bubble icon in the top left corner.

  2.  When the chat is open, make sure "Urgent Chat" is checked on.
