I got the error "We had a problem sending the email, please try again later." when trying to reset my password. What do I do?

This means that a user has not logged into their account at all yet, but is trying to reset the password. The user will need to check their email for the welcome email, which includes the password they’ll need to log in before resetting the password. Then they can call/email Customer Support and we’ll send them a new reset password link.
