What's New
I need to make a change order with LightReach. How do I do this?
Change Order for Design Changes:
If you've already qualified for a LightReach quote and need to make changes to the design, you can do so from the Solo proposal. On the same proposal that contains the approved LightReach quote, make the desired adjustments to your Solo design.
The changes you make will trigger a check for design verification, and the job will follow the normal design verification flow:
- If the changes made are still within LightReach's accepted variance range, then no change order will be needed.
- If the changes you made are outside of LightReach's accepted variance range, then a change order button will appear on the proposal. This must be clicked from the Solo proposal for the change order to process correctly.
It is important that this process is done through the Solo proposal. If the quote is voided and adjusted from only the LightReach portal, the customer will become out of sync with the Solo proposal which may cause errors.
Change Order for Pricing Changes:
Pricing change orders will need to be done through the LightReach portal. Follow the LightReach Change Order process HERE. This will allow you to void the current quote and contracts in LightReach, which will remain synced with Solo. From there, you'll be able to re-qualify with the updated options or pricing from the Solo proposal.
