I tried resetting my password but I never received an email.

This could be due to a couple of different reasons. It is possible that the email came into your spam folder. You must also ensure that the email you are sending the reset link to is the exact same as the email you use for login. If it is not, you will need to provide an email you have access to in order to resolve this concern. If your email is blocking external emails or has a block put on you will not receive the reset email either. Our Proposal Support team will be able to remove that block and resend it to you.
