If I do not have set company fire setbacks what will happen?
If your company does not have specific fire setbacks then the proposal will be created with National Fire Setbacks.
We have an AHJ team that researches fire setbacks so if you do not set a specific fire setback in their best practices, then it will automatically default to the FSB we have researched for that area. By setting FSB in your best practices, it overrides whatever data we have to use the numbers they have entered instead.
The National Standard Fire Setbacks:
Ridges: 3 Feet, Rakes: 3 Feet, Hips: 1.5 Foot, Valley: 1.5 Foot, Eaves: 0 Feet
