I’m using SMS as my authentication method, but didn’t receive my text with the validation code. Can you resend it?
We can remove the MFA option and have you set it up again with your phone number, but if you didn’t get it the first time, it’s almost certain that you won’t get it the second time either. We recommend downloading an authenticator app (Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator) and using that as your MFA option, as it’s more secure and will work every time.
