Requesting a Proposal

My proposal has been in the queue for the last 30 minutes or more - What do I do?

First, you'll want to make sure the proposal was requested as a real-time and not a next-day proposal. SLA for proposals will depend on what queue the request was entered into when submitted:

  • Real-time: Proposals in the real-time queue have an SLA of 15-20 minutes.
  • Standard: Proposals in the standard queue have an SLA of 24 hours.

To view what queue your request is in, navigate to the proposal queues page (this can also be found in the Solo sidebar under "Solar Proposals"). 

Depending on your company preferences, you can select which queue your proposal is in during customer creation. Please keep in mind that your company preferences may only have one queue available.
