- Sort through the available batteries by clicking the arrows on the left and right side of the page.
- Press the Select Battery button.
- Once a battery is selected, users can customize what is visible using the toggle options. If the Savings toggled is toggled off, the estimated savings will no longer be visible under the battery details and the Total Estimated Savings info will be hidden.
- When the Evening Usage toggle is enabled, the usage drop down will appear, allowing users to select the level of usage.

After expanding the usage dropdown, drag the slider according to the homeowner's lifestyle/required usage.

For example, if a homeowner charges their EV in the evening, move the slider towards the use more/use much more options.

To hide the Savings & Evening Usage toggles, click the arrow on the left side.

When toggles are hidden, only the Backup Reserve dropdown and Backup Settings button will show.

The Show Specs toggle will display the Rated Power & Peak Power below. If toggled off, they will be hidden and only the Capacity will display.

When Show Recommendations is toggled on, the recommended battery size will display under each of the specs.

When the Show Recommendations toggle is turned off, only the specs will show - as long as they are enabled.

Moving onto the selected battery, the drop down will allow you to select the quantity of batteries.
- In this example, when selecting a battery quantity of 1, it allows the option to include battery backup.
- When Backup Battery is toggled on, the Backup Reserve dropdown is enabled.
- When the Backup Reserve dropdown is open, use the slider to set the percentage of the battery that will be reserved for backup.

When setting up the battery settings, we only added a price with backup. When this option is selected in a proposal, the toggle to enable or disable battery backup is greyed out and will be automatically included.

Lastly, when we set up pricing for 4 batteries in settings, we only set up the pricing for no battery backup. When this option is selected in a proposal, the toggle to enable or disable battery backup is greyed out and will be automatically excluded.

All battery options and selections reflect in the Equipment option in the proposal side-bar menu.

In the battery section, you have the option to select a battery, quantity, and select a battery backup (if applicable).

Similar to the previous steps, because this battery has pricing for both battery and battery backup, an optional checkbox will appear allowing sales reps to either select or deselect a battery backup.

When only pricing is included for a battery backup, the checkbox will be selected but will remain greyed out.

Lastly, when a quantity does not have battery backup pricing, the checkbox section will be greyed out and not selectable.

After adjusting all battery options in the Equipment modal, press Save.
