What You'll See
Self-Service Modules:
Owners, you can now adjust your modules inside of your Solo account! In the Self-Service Tab, you can add new module options, edit existing modules, and re-sort modules.

Self-Service Proposal Theme:
Owners, you can now also adjust your proposals right inside your Solo account! Under the Self-Service tab, you can now change proposal colors, proposal pages, background photos, and more!
Self-Service Inverters:
Owners, you can now add, adjust, and re-order your inverters! Additionally, you will also be able to see what inverters are active and which are inactive.
Self-Service Financial Options:
Owners, you can now add financial options through Self Service! You can also edit and reorder all existing financial options, making it a one-stop shop to manage!
Battery Warranty Opt-in Add-on:
For all Solar Insure users, listen up! We have added a new “Insurance” adder button on the Proposal side menu. Additionally, we added a new Battery Warranty opt-in/out add-on. These updates increase flexibility with how Solar Insure is managed by owners and sales representatives within the Solo Proposal. Owners, you can turn on and off the opt-in editing and any conditions for sales representatives on selling Solar Insure. If there are specific settings you want to be added to your account regarding Battery Warranty, reached out to Customer Success!
Solar Insure Update:
We increased flexibility with how Solar Insure is managed by Owners and Sales Representatives within the proposal with turn-on and off conditions (i.e: owners can turn on/off editing for Sales Representatives on how to sell Solar Insure).
