We’ve introduced a new Professional Support tier for teams who want faster answers and more hands-on help!

Here's what’s included in our new Professional Support tier:

  • Priority email support (responses in 4 hours or less)
  • Direct phone access to our support team
  • Saturday availability to keep projects on track

Pro Support is available for just $1 more per proposal and includes everything in your current plan—plus these added benefits.

 

Account owners or administrators can easily enable Professional Support by contacting our team directly!

 

If you choose to stay on the free Standard Support plan, you’ll still have access to:

  • Our searchable Help Center
  • Standard email support (8–12 hour response)
  • AI-powered chatbot
  • Full ticketing system

Starting June 2, phone support will be available only to customers enrolled in our new Professional Support tier. Your current access to email support, our Help Center, support tickets, and AI chatbot is not changing.
