Remotely Qualifying a Customer


 

This feature is only available for integrated lenders, and is currently only available for GoodLeap, Mosaic, and Sunlight options. 

  1. When you are ready to qualify your customer, you will come to the finance page in the proposal.

  2. In the proposal sidebar, open the 'Share/Present' tab and toggle the 'Enable Presentation Mode'. This ensures that changes made to the proposal, will show on the customer's screen in real-time.

  3. Using one of the share options, send the presentation link to your customer:

  4. Once “Share and Present” is enabled, you will need to save changes manually for the customer to view them.

  5. Next, click on the 'Qualify' button to open the application window. Then, toggle 'Applicant Edit' at the top. This allows the customer to fill out the information on their end.

  6. The customer will then fill out the applicable areas within the credit application. To you, the sales rep, all private information will be hidden.

  7. Once the information has been filled out, you (not the customer) will hit ready to submit and submit the application.
