Remotely Qualifying a Customer
When you are ready to qualify your customer, you will come to the finance page in the proposal.
In the side bar menu, you’ll want to make sure “Enable Presentation Mode” is enabled so that these changes will show on their proposal in real time.
Once “Share and Present” is enabled, you will need to save changes manually for the customer to view them.
Next, you’ll click on the “Qualify” button to open the application window.
Once open, make sure the Applicant Edit button is on. If it is not on, the customer will not be able to fill out the information.
The customer will then fill out the applicable areas within the Credit Application.
Once the information has been filled out, you (not the customer) will hit ready to submit and submit the application.
