[Understanding the Proposal](https://help.gosolo.io/proposals?hsLang=en#understanding-the-proposal) September 30, 2025 # Remotely Qualifying a Customer   This feature is only available for integrated lenders, and is currently only available for **GoodLeap**, **Mosaic**, and **Sunlight** options.  1. In the proposal sidebar, open the '**Share/Present**' tab and toggle the '**Enable Presentation Mode**'. Next, click on the 'Qualify' button to open the application window. Then, toggle 'Applicant Edit' at the top. The customer will then fill out the applicable areas within the credit application.
