Requesting Lender Credentials
Admin/Owner feature only!
You will need to fill out the lender credential forms and once done, it will send the response to our MissionControl team to request from the lender (Turnaround time up to 72 hours).

- LightReach: Send your request to our MissionControl team via email at missioncontrol@gosolo.io.
- Sunnova: To request Sunnova credentials you’ll need to reach out to your Sunnova account manager (Sunnova will then send the credentials to us if they are requested and approved).
Once MissionControl receives the credentials from the lender, they’ll configure the integration on your account, then respond to your request via email.
If you have a partnership with one of our integrated partners your implementation specialist can request the keys. If this is a new partnership and you are an existing Solo customer, your assigned account manager or Customer Support can assist in requesting these. The information required varies per lender, so email in a request and we can gather what we need for the request.
