Requesting Mosaic Credentials

Requesting Mosaic Credentials: 

To connect your Mosaic portal to your Solo proposals, fill out the following request form, which asks for the following information: 

  • Installer Name (your company name as it appears in your Mosaic portal)

  • Installer Name within Solo (if different from above) 

  • Installer Address

  • Contact Name

  • Contact Email

Once this form is filled out, the request will be sent to our Partner Integrations team. They will work with Mosaic, who will send us the credentials once approved. When they receive the credentials, they will configure the integration on your account, then respond to the request via email. 

Mosaic Onboarding Requirements:

The following is a list of what Mosaic's core requirements are for companies interested in onboarding with them: 

  • Minimum of two years in business or prior ownership experience in the same line of business
  • Contractors License
  • Federal Tax ID: SS4 Form or Tax Return
  • General Liability Insurance and Workers Comp (or exemption form)
  • Home Improvement Agreement
