Requesting Sunlight Credentials

Requesting Credentials: 

To connect your Sunlight portal to your Solo proposals, fill out the following request form, which asks for the following information: 

  • Name of Company (Legal Entity Name) 

  • Name of Company within Solo (if different from above) 

  • Partner Signatory Name

  • Partner Signatory Email (or Contact Email) 

The Partner Signatory is the contact of the company requesting credentials. Once this form is filled out, the request will be sent to our MissionControl team. They will work with Sunlight, who will send us the credentials once approved. When they receive the credentials, MissionControl will configure the integration on your account, then respond to the request via email.

Please note: Sunlight’s underwriting team works directly with installers to evaluate and process applications to the best of their ability. Final decisions regarding qualification and program fit are made solely at Sunlight’s discretion. For any questions regarding your onboarding or application status, please reach out to Sunlight directly.

The following is a high-level glance at what Sunlight Financial looks for when underwriting/onboarding a new installer:

  • Minimum of 2.5MM in gross annual revenue
    • For sales orgs: 1MM
  • Minimum of 1 year in business 
  • Liquidity with an end-of-day cash balance of $50,000
  • High-quality online reviews
