Selecting Adder Types

  1. As a reminder, the select adder type is used for adders with different options. Adder will display as a checkbox and once selected will populate a drop down list of options.

  2. Select the price type - this works the same way as Checkbox. Select the type of pricing from the options Per Watt, Per Panel, and Fixed Amount. 

  3. Choose the location of where you want the adder to go. 

  4. To create your first drop down option, tap into the accordion menu to expand and start editing.

  5. Enter in the name of the drop down option you are currently creating.

  6. If desired, you may enter a docs display name. This name is what will show on any documents that include this adder.

     

  7. Adjust the pricing option to the desired price point.

  8. If you no longer want to offer an option and don’t want to affect previous proposals that have this option selected, you can set an expiration date for the option. This will be the last day this option is available.

  9. Enter the efficiency percentage. This is an optional field.

  10. To create multiple options, press the Add button. A new accordion menu will appear below the first drop down section.

  11. Follow the same steps as above, but for an additional drop down selection. Repeat as many times as necessary!

  12. Once you are done creating your new adder, make sure to press the Save button!

  13. Back on the Adders main page, to save all new adders/ adder changes, press the Save Adder Changes button.

  14. To complete all changes, confirm the changes you've made by pressing the Confirm & Save button.
