What's New
Setting up Lender Priority
Owner Feature Only!
Lender Priority will be set up in a version, similar to other settings in MissionControl.
1. To begin creating a version, click the plus sign in the top right:
a. Keep in mind that adding a new version will expire any version that is currently live.
2. Use the plus sign to the right to add additional paths in the version:
a. There is no limit to how many paths you can add, as long as their probability percentages all add up to exactly 100%.
3. Add the probabilities for each path. These percentages represent the probability that a customer will get that specific path.
a. For example, in the image below there is a 50% chance that a customer will get Path 1.
4. Use the plus sign at the bottom to add additional options for your paths:
5. Using the dropdowns, add the lender order for each path. Remember that only lenders integrated with Solo can be added to Lender Priority.
a. This list will only display lenders that you are currently integrated with.
b. If “None” is selected, that will open the path to all lenders (once the customer reaches that point).
6. Once you’ve determined the priority for each lender and path, make sure to save!
Once a version is saved it cannot be edited. If a change is needed, a new version will need to be created.
