Signing Order Names and Roles
These are the available recipients that can be added to the signing order in DocuSign. For these to work correctly, please enter them exactly as they are listed below (spelled correctly and using the same order number).
Required Recipients:
These 3 recipients should be added to EVERY document template:
Sales Rep
- Signing order: 5
- Use: Sends/assigns to the sales rep assigned to the customer in Solo.
Homeowner
- Signing order: 10
- Use: Sends/assigns to the customer using the information on the customer information page in Solo
Cosigner
- Signing order: 10
- Use: Sends/assigns to the cosigner using the information entered when adding a co-applicant in the document request (if applicable)
Optional Recipients:
Utility Account Holder
- Signing order: 11
- Use: Sends/assigns to the UAH using information entered for the utility account holder during the document request (if applicable)
Countersigner
- Signing order: 15
- Name and email must be added
- Use: Sends documents signed by all other signers to a final user to give the final signature.
Admin
- Signing order: 20
- Name and email must be added
- Signing requirements should be set to “Receives a Copy”.
- Use: This sends the completed documents to the provided email but does not require a signature.
