- While on the home page, click on the Add New button located on the upper right side under the search bar.
- In the drop down, select the option Project Lead. This should be the first option listed.
- Once you are in the New Project/Customer Information page, there are key fields that will need to be filled out. There are some fields that are required in order to create a customer in SolarNexus as well as required fields to create the customer in Solo.

Under the General Customer Information section, Type and Tax Entity should be auto filled out for you. Both Source drop downs are required to continue creating the customer.
- The next required fields are under the Contact(s) section. The first and last name are two fields that must be filled out. To add the customer to Solo, add the email address and phone number to the profile. Any remaining fields will continue to be optional.
- In the Customer Mailing Address section, enter in the customer's address.

- Press Save.
- In order to continue with a Solo Design, press into the Job tab.
- In order to send the customer to Solo, we will need to qualify the lead. In order to do this, review and check off all of the checkboxes under the Subtasks/Issues sections located on the right side of the Customer page.
- Once all tasks are completed, press the Qualify this Lead button.
- If all subtasks where completed and checked off, you will get a modal verifying that the lead has been qualified. After verifying, press the Complete button.
- Once you are out of the qualifying lead modal, the message in the navigation bar should update to add a solution. Click this option to continue.
- A new modal will pop up and you will need to open the first dropdown (Create Solution By) and select Solo Proposal. After you select the Solo Proposal option, fill out the fields however needed for the customer.
- Once you are done, press the Save button.
- At any point, you can view the customer inside of Solo through the View Customer on Solo option.
- Once the proposal is created, press the Open Solo Proposal button.
- Once the proposal is open, expand the proposal side menu and select the Docs Request button.

Required field will be filled out once the Docs Request modal opens. Confirm all fields are correct and press Request Docs. Once the docs have been requested, an email will come through from DocuSign for both the sales rep and customer. Fill out and sign everything until DocuSign confirms all is complete.

Once docs are signed by both the sales rep and the customer, after a few moments, DocuSign will send and upload all information inside of SolarNexus.

The Services tab displays equipment, array, and battery information.

The Price tab displays the loan amount and the price per watt.

Equipment is not fully mapped between SolarNexus and Solo. If your company has not mapped out your equipment, equipment listed in the Equipment section will display incorrectly. However, you can map your equipment by pressing the Click here button below.
