Sunnova User Configuration
The Sunnova integration requires users to additional configurations for any user using Sunnova on your Solo Proposals. Follow these steps to ensure a user can utilize the Sunnova integration on their proposals:
- Open the user in Solo, using the User Search page.
- Scroll to the bottom of the user profile and open “Lender Credentials”:
- In the User Lender Credentials modal, add the Sunnova Username.
- This should be the email that is used when the user logs into the Sunnova portal.
- This should be the email that is used when the user logs into the Sunnova portal.
- Don’t forget to save both the lender credentials and the user!
