Release Notes
What does backdating on my proposal mean?
Many components of the proposal such as equipment, adders, and finance options have a “Live Date”. This determines what date the option or change begins appearing on proposals.
Proposals made after an option’s live date will populate that option, whereas a proposal made before the live date will not. Backdating refers to moving the live date backwards so the option can appear on proposals that have already been created.
Live dates can be updated in MissionControl by a user with the SAAS Owner role.
