What does ‘Unable to Generate RFX Quote’ mean?
One possible cause is the address was entered incorrectly. Review the address in the customer information page and double check that every field was entered correctly.
Another possible cause of this error is that the home has too much obscuring the roof so the system cannot get an accurate measurement to generate the quote. If this is the case, you will need to reach out to RFX to get the quote generated manually.
