What if I've forgotten my password and have Multi-Factor Authentication?
Multi-Factor Authentication has nothing to do with passwords, and no passwords have been affected by this Multi-Factor Authentication. Therefore, the process for recovering a forgotten password is the same. If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it by clicking the Forgot Password link at the bottom of the login page and follow the prompts to reset your password.
