What is “Google Authenticator or similar”?
There are mobile authenticator apps which can be downloaded on the user’s phone which will enable the user to scan a QR code generated by SOLO. This will then authenticate the user and allow them to login. These authenticator apps can be found on the Apple App Store and the Google Play store. The user does not have to use the Google Authenticator app and can use an authenticator of their choosing, but we would recommend either the Google Authenticator (available only on Google Play store) or Microsoft Authenticator (available on both Apple App Store and Google Play store) apps.
