What is the CAD SLA or turn-around time?
Solo provides a 72 hour SLA.
Any CAD requested after 3pm MST, or outside of business work days (Monday-Friday), will have a slightly extended SLA
(Ex. if you request Monday after 3pm MST, you would expect it Wednesday by 12pm M.T.).
