What is the Current Cost per kWh?
This number represents the estimated cost per kWh that the customer is currently paying to their utility company. It is important to remember that this number is not the same as the number shown on utility bills, as those only account for the energy cost. The current cost per kWh on the proposal takes the entire utility bill into account, including both the energy and fixed charges, as well as any taxes applied.
If you have any questions about how this number is determined, or any general questions about utility calculations, please reach out to our Utility Research team at utilityresearch@gosolo.io.
