What is the proper format for entering latitude/longitude when the site address can't be found?
When the site address can't be found in the SolarNexus address database and you check the "Manually enter latitude/longitude" checkbox, you should enter the latitude/longitude like this:
Latitude: 38.8977
Longitude: -77.0365
Where the lat/long values are in degrees and positive latitude is north of the equator and negative longitude is west of the prime meridian. (You might see the above values written elsewhere as 38.8977° N, 77.0365° W.)
