Why am I getting an error when selecting a backup battery?
Currently, only two LightReach adders will be available; “Electrical Upgrade” and “Battery”. This battery adder is NOT for backup batteries.
If you see a red snack bar message on a LightReach proposal indicating the backup battery adder is unavailable, your owner should review the current battery configuration in MissionControl.
To add that battery to LightReach, there MUST be a price added to the “Base Price (No Backup)” field in their Mission Control.
On the battery page, you can confirm that the battery is not backup by unselecting the “Battery Backup Included” checkbox as shown in the image below. If you cannot unselect that checkbox, that means there is no price entered in their “Base Price (No Backup)” field.
