Why am I getting an error when selecting a backup battery?
If you see a red snack bar message on a Palmetto LightReach proposal indicating the backup battery adder is unavailable, your owner should review the current battery configuration in MissionControl.
To add that battery to Palmetto LightReach, there MUST be a price added to the “Price Without Backup” field in the battery editor.
On the Battery Optimization Hub, you can confirm that the battery is not backup by unselecting the “Battery Backup Included” toggle as shown in the image below. If you cannot unselect that checkbox, that means there is no price entered in their “Base Price (No Backup)” field.
