Why are the options for (insert lender here) not available on this proposal?
This could be due to a couple different reasons. First and foremost, for integrated lenders, it is possible that the options being pulled over from your company’s portal are not up to date. In order to change that, an admin or owner will need to reach out to the lender. What is also probable is that those particular finance options are only available in certain states, meaning that they will not show up on a proposal that is not in one of those states. It is also possible that an admin or owner removed those options in the self service portal.
