Why can't I see the battery I need as a selectable option to add to my proposals?
If the battery has been added to your company before but has since been expired, it will not appear in the dropdown. Instead, toggle “Show Expired” to view options that have previously been on your account. If the option is there, you can toggle it as active.
If you still do not see the option you are looking for, please contact our Customer Support team at 888-316-5845 to get it added.
