Why did no one respond to my proposal request in the chat?
When using the chat feature, make sure to use the “Chat with Proposalist” button if you’d like to put your job back into the queue.
Additionally, when a customer’s status is “Contract Sent” or “Contract Signed” then a message in the chat will no longer put the customer into the queue (even if you use Chat with Proposalist). It is recommended that you use the Request Revision feature when this is your customer’s status.
