Why isn’t (insert loan option here) calculating the same as it is on the lenders website?
For integrated lenders (Goodleap, Sunlight, Mosaic, Sunnova, Sungage) the information on the proposal directly reflects what is on their portal. If an option does not appear to be calculating correctly please have an admin or owner reach out to the lender in order to verify what is in your company’s portal is correct.
For non-integrated lenders, our payments on the proposal may differ slightly from the payments shown in your portal. Any lender that is not integrated with Solo will only be available through Solo as a generic list of finance options and cannot be made specifically for your company.
