Release Notes
Why was my customer created with the “Lead” status?
When a customer is created by a user with a primary or additional role of “SAAS Setter” or “SAAS Setter Manager” the status of the customer will be “Lead”. This means that the customer will not automatically enter our proposal queue and a design will not be generated until a proposal is manually requested.
A customer set as a lead will have a “Request Proposal” in place of the revision request button, that can only be clicked by a user with a non-setter role. Once clicked, the user can manually request the proposal and push it into the queue to be picked up by our proposal designers.
