Will the sales rep be required to go through the SoloSign+ KBA identity check?
No, Sales Reps will not be required to go through the KBA identity check. All signing recipients will be required to go through KBA (Homeowner, Co Signer/Co Applicant, Utility Account Holder, etc) except for the Sales Representatives.
