How do I know which user to assign to my personnel?
User permissions are assigned per responsibilities at your company internally.
The most common users are Sales Rep who only has access to creating customers and requesting install documents within the Solo Platform vs. an Owner who has access to all jobs and customers within the organization. A full user explanation list is linked HERE.
