Please note: The use of "Owner" and "Admin" in this article refers to users with a primary role of SAAS Owner or SAAS Admin.
A hybrid model is a combination of our Installer Template and Direct models. In this structure, each sub-account under the master, functions as its own Installer Template model.
It includes a Master Account for owners and admins, sub-accounts to group and house all users, and template accounts underneath each sub, allowing reps to select the installer or state settings for individual customers.
Characteristics of this model include:
Master Account
- Typically, the only users housed in the master account are owners and admins.
- Owners and admins under this account can see all data from all accounts (both subs and their templates).
- Owners within the master account can adjust the MissionControl settings of any sub-account or template at any time.
- Owners and admins under the master can request additional sub-accounts or templates at any time, using our company updates form.
- Billing is assessed on the master account only.
Sub-Account(s)
- Users will live within the sub-account, with all visibility restricted to that sub-account and its templates.
- Users will have the ability to select templates for the individual customer during customer creation/the initial proposal request.
- Each user will only have access to the customers they are assigned to, though the same permissions per user still exist (i.e. owners of a sub can view all data within the sub, but Sales Reps can only view their customers).
Template(s)
- Customers and customer data will be tied to the template selected during the customer creation.
- Templates can be customized via MissionControl by an owner of the master or an owner of the sub-account. This includes equipment, color and logo, finance, adders, and more!
- Templates can be limited to only show up for customers in specific states, I.e. if a customer's address is in TX, and there are NV templates, the NV templates will not be an available option to select.
