The Customer Information page allows you to view, edit, and add details for a specific customer. We'll also go over the side menu options in this walkthrough!
Customer Information
- The customer's general information (name, email, phone number, and address) can be edited from the "Customer" section:

- Here, you can upload the customer's utility bill, which can be viewed/accessed at any point.
- To edit the customer's pin location, or the location being used on the proposal, click the "Edit" button here:
- You can move the pin by clicking a new location or by entering the latitude and longitude of the new location. For a detailed step-by-step on this process, navigate to this article here.

- Any internal assignment information, like the assigned sales rep or assigned setter, will be listed under "Team Info".
- If you're making changes to the customer information, don't forget to click "Save" in the bottom left!
- To the right, you'll see the Solo chat. This will have a log of proposal requests and timestamps for when the proposal is delivered.
Within the chat, you'll have the option to request a revision for your proposal, as well as view whether or not the customer is in the request queue.
Solar Tab
- To access your customer's proposals, click the "Solar" tab in the customer page sidebar.
- Click "View" to open the proposal in a new tab.
- If you need to request a new proposal, click the "Request Revision" button.
Docs Page
- If your company uses our SoloSign service, you'll be able to request docs from the customer page, within the "Docs" Tab.
- To start your document request, click "Request Solar Docs". For a more detailed step-by-step of this process, navigate to this article HERE.
Insights Tab
- The Insights tab will provide data on when your customer's proposals are being viewed, either by you or your customer. To access the tab, open "Insights" in the sidebar:
- Choose the proposal(s) you'd like data for, and select the date range to filter the data:
